Themed curricular weeks

Each term, we take the opportunity to host a special themed curricular week. During these weeks, visitors and workshops are planned for children to explore and develop their knowledge and understanding of a range of themes. These special weeks provide a wonderful opportunity for pupils to enhance their knowledge and skills beyond the taught curriculum and serve as a key contributor in helping to develop pupils' personal development and awareness of the world in which we live, instilling values prioritised by the school. 

Our themed weeks are planned on a two-year cycle as outlined below:

Year A: Autumn: Black History Week

Year B: Autumn: Refugee Week

Year B: Spring: Charity Week
