The Chelford Podcast

Each Monday, pupils in Y5 / 6 are invited to join Mr Brady for Podcast Club. During the sessions, pupils plan and record our School podcast on a series of different themes and events. The audio is then shared and pupils begin to use their iPad skills, specifically Garageband, to edit and produce their podcasts, choosing appropriate backing tracks and using their editing skills to produce a final version. Over the course of the year, we will publish our podcasts on this page of the website. Happy listening!

Cheshire Schools Digital Media Challenge 2022   Members of our Podcast Club were set the challenge of writing, recording and editing a short (1 minute) podcast with an anti-bullying / pupil wellbeing theme, as part of a media competition open to all schools across Cheshire run in collaboration with Cheshire Police. We were delighted to hear that Katie's podcast was shortlisted for the final of the competition and finished in the top 3, receiving over 2,700 public votes! What an achievement!
